The M12239 is a dedicated SOC for the development of multi-string cell high-power mobile power supply. It integrates a synchronous switching up-down voltage converter, a battery charge and discharge management module, a display module, and a power calculation module. It provides a maximum input / output power of 140W, Support PD3.1, QC3.0, Allied Capital Corporation, FCP, SCP and other mainstream fast charging protocols, and provide over-voltage / under-voltage, over-charge / over-discharge, over-current, over-temperature protection and other complete protection functions, with a simple peripheral circuit, you can form a single C-port high-power mobile power supply. Supplemented by DC-DC chip, it can also be expanded into a dual independent C + ca multi-port high-power mobile power supply.
